1What does the camp tuition and materials fee include?
The fees includes: registration, InnovEd T-shirt, and all the materials used during the program. At the conclusion of the camp, the students will take all their creation home for continued learning and enjoyment.
2What are the methods of enrollment?
You can enroll online by clicking on the register button located at the bottom of each camp description page, by phone, or in person at InnovEd.
3Can I use Inspire or Summit funds for summercamps?
Yes, you may use Inspire or Summit funds to enroll your child to our summer camps.

4What is the minimum enrollment to hold the class?
To hold classes, there must be a minimum of 12 enrollments. We reserve the right to cancel classes if the minimum enrollment is not met.
5When is the deadline for registration?
Registration will be closed at midnight the day before camp starts.
6When is the camp tuition due?
The tuition is due at the time of registration.
7What is the material fee?
The material fee enables your child to take all their creations home at the conclusion of the camp. This fee is due at the time of registration.
8What is your cancellation and schedule change policy?
There will be a $75 charge for cancelling any classes. The deadline to receive a partial refund is 2 weeks prior to the start of the class. No cash refund will be given after. A credit will be issue to your account to use for any Innoved services. You can change classes at no cost two weeks prior to the start of the class, if spaces are available.

9What time does the camp start and end each day?
The camp hours are:
Registration begins at 8:30AM.
An extended day (7:30-5:30) program is available for an additional charge. Please contact us at 321-8434 or email@example.com to arrange for this option.
10Can I see what my child has created?
Yes! On Friday at 12:00PM your child will have the opportunity to present his/her creations at our showcase event. Your are welcome to invite other friends and family members to attend this event.
11What does my child need to bring?
Your child only needs to bring their own lunch and snack. All the learning materials will be provided by InnovEd.
12Are meals provided?
Your child can bring their own snack and lunch. For your convenience, we offer the option of purchasing pizza and snacks during our camps.
13Who are the instructors?
All instructors are experienced teachers or technology/engineering industry professionals.
14What is the structure of your classrooms?
All of our classes are designed to accommodate group collaboration. Each mentor will work closely with groups of only 4-6 students.
15What should my child wear?
The campers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and their camp T-shirt. For your child’s safety, closed toe shoes are mandatory.
16Does my child need to be tech savvy?
No they do not. We are prepared to engage the novice as well as challenge the techies to explore and learn.

18What is your grade level policy?
Our grade levels are simply a suggestion. As a parent, you can make the final decision as to which program best suits your child.
